DAVE DUCE
After emigrating from Australia Dave Duce began his career in film working as the executive assistant to Avi Lerner, of Nu Image/Millennium Films, one of the most prolific producers of action movies in Hollywood.
Dave went on to work as a Coordinator and Production Supervisor on a wide range of big-budget and independent films including; Guinevere, Prozac Nation, Beat, Undisputed, Replicant, Disaster, Crocodile, Nobody’s Baby, Blind Horizon, US Seals II among many others.
He then produced action films for Millennium Films in Eastern Europe, including: Special Forces, Tornado, Earthquake and Fire, all loaded with stunts and pyrotechnic debauchery.
With a variety of film credits on over 30 features, his first hand experience at a successful independent film production and distribution company has shaped Dave into an insightful and resourceful producer.
In 2005 Dave then segued into television, working for Original Productions as a Field Director/Producer on multiple seasons of Ice Road Truckers, AxMen, Swords (History), Wild-Justice (Nat Geo) and The Colony (Discovery). Dave has also experienced the TV competition world with Greatest American Dog (CBS) Instant Beauty Pageant (Style/E!) and Model Latina (SiTV).
Most recently Duce has been filming Rocket Launches with NASA and Space-X on large format 8K, when he is not filming sharks.
Dave now spends his time between Byron Bay and Sydney, Australia and Los Angeles, California.
